Large, open, family diner style atmosphere with American food. Salmon was surprisingly delicious for how picky I am about how it's cooked and for the restaurant not being a seafood-specific place, their steak was cooked to a perfect medium, fries could use a little more salt and we weren't asked how we wanted our burgers cooked, but all in all it was amazing food with friendly, quick service. Would highly recommend getting any of their pies or cakes for dessert!

We stopped in at From the Clock Diner on East Market Street and the experience was very mixed. When we first arrived, Robin, the manager, sat us in a section and then left us there with no one coming over to wait on us. We sat for quite a while until Susie noticed us and stepped in to take care of our table. From that point on, everything improved. Susie was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really turned the experience around and made our visit enjoyable. The food was good, and Susie’s service was excellent, but management needs serious improvement. Being seated and then ignored is not acceptable.

I had one of the best tasting Ruben sandwich that I ever ate. Being the new year and my German ancestors. It’s a tradition that I eat some sauerkraut on New Year’s Day. I prefer to eat mine in a Ruben sandwich. I had arrived around 3:30 pm on Jan 1,2025. The parking lot was full. However I was able to get parking close to the entrance. Once inside I was greeted and guided to a seat. My waitress was Whitney. Right away I felt like I was going to have a great experience just by the greeting she gave me as she took my drink order. Since I already knew what I wanted to order. I also gave her my platter order. The dining room was full. I could tell this is an excellent choice for meals. As many locals are Frequent customers. Whitney had delivered my platter and I found an oval plate with a pile of French fries and a sized Ruben sandwich. Everything was done top notch. Portion size was perfect. The Cole slaw had to have been home Made. It too was delicious. The French fries I liked that they were not coated with salt as most restaurants do that. I definitely got my money worth. My total bill was under $12.00. The food was excellent. Meant my expectations. Dining area was spotless. Very clean areas were observed. The place was busy. But everyone’s attitude was happy. Whitney was an excellent waitress. While I knew she was busy. She had checked with me numerous times to make sure I was good. Thank you Whitney for a great experience. Will be back. And I will be asking for you. While the parking lot is small. If your pulling a trailer or driving an RV. There is plenty of parking towards the rear of the restaurant in the shopping center lot.

I was greeted as I walked in and was seated right away. The waitress was quick to take my order and my food came quickly after. The mushroom burger is what I ordered and it was delicious! It was BIG and juicy. Had to take the rest home. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable and the store was clean. I will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.
